.02 Meet
During our meeting, we’ll walk through the project areas and discuss ideas together, asking plenty of questions to better understand your expectations.
.03 Design and Quote
Once we agree on a design, a detailed estimate will be prepared. If approved, both parties will sign the written estimate, which will include a full explanation of warranties, a detailed job description, and an itemized list of materials.
.04 Job in Queue
If you agree to the estimate, a 50% deposit secures your spot in the job queue and purchases materials, ensuring everything is ready when it’s your turn. You will be updated on the progress of prior jobs so you’re informed about what’s happening.
.05 Landscape Day
You will be contacted as soon as a landscape day is confirmed. At the end of each workday, updates are provided regarding the next visit, material pickups, and any other relevant details to keep the project on track.
.06 Maintenance
If you’re interested in having me maintain your landscaping, I can provide an estimate for that as well.
